ESM3 Academy is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, funded by, or endorsed by Biohub or EvolutionaryScale. The library preserves historic titles and URLs but many texts have been revised in October 2026 to distinguish computational predictions from experimental findings.
Technical sources
For implementation details, always prioritize the official ESM SDK and model cards for ESM3, ESMC, and ESMFold2.
What we do not claim
These tutorials do not certify protein safety, clinical efficacy, model superiority, binding strength or laboratory outcomes. Generated outputs require independent validation. Code examples are educational and are not guaranteed to work against every API release.
