Research Guide
Without API configuration, searches and model recommendations are performed in the browser using the public Academy article index. With the optional AI feature enabled, questions are sent to a server endpoint and to an AI provider to generate a response grounded in publicly available Academy articles. Do not enter patient data, trade secrets or sensitive personal information.
The example backend sends the request with store: false and stores only IP-derived hashed rate-limit counters for up to one hour, subject to hosting and provider processing terms. The site should disclose the final provider, retention, safeguards and any cross-border transfers before enabling AI.
